There are none.

God puts people in our lives for a distinct reason, and sometimes, it takes us a long time to know what that reason is.

7 years ago, I met a boy in my math class. I was crying because my dad was in the hospital. He took it upon himself to become my friend and stand by me through all of the hardships that would come in the next year. I had never quite made a friend so quickly who was so willing to just let me cry.

And in four months, we’ll be kneeling across the alter in the Temple from each other, ready to be sealed for all time and eternity. It’s more than I ever wished for, and he is amazing. I pretty much can’t wait.

And all I keep thinking about is how things have just fallen into place for the past 7 years, and that works for me.

Coincidence is God’s way of staying anonymous
